In this article we will go over how to navigate the features of the main client area.
  1. Once you have logged into the Client Portal you can select your client name on the top navigation bar of the page.
  2. Once you have done that, you will be greeted with a welcome screen containing some navigation buttons and a breakdown of your champions.
    1. The first thing you will see is a greeting with your name and your business name.
    2. After that you should see some big buttons that will navigate you around the client portal

  3. Lets break them down.
    1. Manage Account
      1. Clicking this button will bring you to another sign in page for Zoho Books (if applicable) which is an online accounting software.
    2. Support Portal
      1. Clicking this button will bring you to another sign in page for Zoho Desk which is where you can see and manage your support tickets.
    3. Folders & Files
      1. Clicking this button will bring you to a new page where you can manage and upload your documents to Workdrive.
  4. The next thing on the page you will see is a breakdown of your champions.

    1. Call your champion
    2. Email your champion
    3. Schedule a meeting with your champion
    4. Rate your interactions with your champion
